Igbo and Hausa Community in Eket to Mobilize For PDP Come Dec. 2

In ensuring that Eket remains save and peaceful for business to thrive, Igbo’s and Hausa’s who are resident in the local government have promised to mobilize support for the Peoples Democratic Party candidates come December 2nd local government Elections.

This was made known at Etebi Akpaisang, one of the 6 villages that makes up Urban ward three during the PDP village-2-village tour in preparation of victory in the upcoming local government elections.

The representative of the bodies asserted that the incoming chairman, Hon. Frank Archibong has a proven integrity and had exhibited a high degree of respect for humanity during the transition committee era, which is obvious that it will guarantee utopia in Eket polity in the elective capacity.

They promised to support the government of Akwa Ibom State, ably led by His Excellency, Mr. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel and all the PDP candidates to ensure that victory s achieved in all elections.

The campaign train who visited 11 villages; 5 villages in Central 4 and 6 villages in Urban 3 also paid a courtesy call on the Clan Head of Eket Offiong, His Royal Highness, Obong Samuel Willie Edohoket, a two time chairman of Eket Local Government.

The royal highness who has before today participated in active politics used the opportunity to extol the leadership ethos of Frank Archibong, stated that he is so certain that as elected Chairman, Frank will not fail the people.

Chief Edohoeket also emphasised that Akwa Ibom is PDP just like APGA is Anambra, so anybody who does not believe PDP will lead Akwa Ibom for a long time is dreaming, and should wake up before it is too late.

The warm reception that gritted  the ambience of each village visits is a prove that it is Uhuru for the PDP team.

In his remark, the Eket Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Frank Archibong, expressed joy for the warm reception accorded him in all the villages.
